This workout is designed with the stand up paddle boarder in mind to help improve balance, reduce fatigue, build leg endurance and independent leg strength.  

Here's what you need: 

  • 5-10lb dumbbell Indo Board Balance Gigante Flo Cushion,
  • Indo Board Balance Rocker Board and/or Pro Kicktail Board
