Causeway to Causeway Challenge Florida

This sounds REALLY COOL! And part of it is put on by good friend of Mullets, Bruce Denson!

The C2C and the Race Around Palm Island have teamed up to present the Cross Florida Paddle Challenge.  This year the C2C and the R.A.P.I. are on the same weekend, which presents paddlers with a unique opportunity-paddle some of the best, long courses in Florida on the same weekend.  Paddlers can challenge themselves by paddling 17.5 miles on Saturday on the East Coast and 13 miles on Sunday on the Gulf Coast.

As an incentive to participate in this challenge, anyone who races the C2C on Saturday can sign up for the RAPI on Sunday for $30, no need to preregister, just show up with your time from C2C. We will have a special award for the fastest paddler combining the times from both events.
