Instead of focusing on how exercise might benefit your cholesterol or your waistline in a few months, focus on how much better you’ll feel in a few minutes,” Amy writes in her post.  “Seek that instant gratification you get–the lift in mood, energy, the lowering of stress and irritability, the clarity that physical activity gives you during and immediately afterward.”
