- Brief on land discussion about 5 basic fundamentals of effective technique followed by on-water instruction
- Each paddler’s technique assessed and strengths and weaknesses identified in group setting⠀
- Corrective measures and drills prescribed for each paddler to address identified weaknesses⠀
- Filming for video analysis available on request⠀
- Limited to 12 paddlers.⠀
