When you come to pick up your race packet for Saturday’s race, stop across the hall for a unique food experience! Ryan Groll from Sprout is with us for some nutrition know-how. He will be chatting it up about healthy food choices for athletes, super foods and things that will help your body with performance! During his talk, he will invite racers to his create-your-own-dinner-bowl bar that will include a variety of choices for proteins, lettuces, cheeses, vegetables, grains, additives, fruits and dressings.  This will be a hearty meal to accommodate your dinner appetite.
