Seychelle’s 16-week training program written specifically for paddlers participating in the Crossing for a Cure begins Monday 2/25! The cost is $250 for the whole program and includes weekly paddle workouts, strength training workouts, coach’s notes, direct access to your coach, Paddle Monster all-access membership for the duration of the program, as well discounts on clinics and one-on-one coaching sessions.

All designed to get you ready to paddle 80 miles across the ocean on June 15th.

I know everyone has different backgrounds, abilities, availability to train and experience levels. I will work with you to modify the program to fit your life.

Programs will be delivered one-time by email as well as weekly through the PDLMNSTR app.

Your Paddle Monster membership includes, your weekly paddle and strength training programs, a paddlers forum, weekly coaches blogs, program discussions, access to your coach, a database of videos on technique, strength exercises, yoga classes, and more, All on a convenient app to take with you wherever you go.

The best part of all… I am on this journey with you! For the first time, I will be participating in the Crossing for a Cure SUP solo 14′ division and I couldn’t be more stoked. Let’s do this Crusaders!

An interval training device such as a gps watch and a heart rate monitor are recommended, but not required for this program.

Father’s Day weekend June 15th, 2019.

Crossing for a Cure offers up to $88,000 in prize money for competitive classes.
