it’s with great excitement and fanfare that the Paddle Monster team is announcing the addition of Andrey Kraytor to the Paddle Monster coaching team!
Coach Andrey Kraytor is our newest SUP and C1 Coach. Andrey, known for his results as a 2x World And European Champion, and a 2016 Olympian – Rio Olympics, is world-renowned for his sprint prowess and his strength as an explosive paddler on any stage he competes on.
Andrey will be focusing on SUP and C1 coaching at Paddle Monster which will be available in the following forms:
- All-Access Coaching – The Paddle Monster Program where coaches provide paddle fitness and training programs geared toward preparation for races both local, national and global.
- Individual 8-week Sprint Technique programs – Offered for both sprint technique as well as overall L2 through L4 paddle technique, Coach Andrey will provide these programs similar to that offered by Coach Cain, however, focused on his style and more importantly, sprinting!
- Coach Andrey, as with our other coaches, will offer special programs throughout the year geared for many situations!

Andrey Kraytor was born in the center of Ukraine in a small town called Olshanka, he now coaches around the world most recently in China, and races globally for Russia. You can read more about Andrey’s background here in his Paddle Monster coaches bio.
Andrey is known for his explosive and flawless sprint technique, which we’re super stoked that is now available to Paddle Monster members. The now-famous 200m sprint race at the 2019 ICF Worlds In Qingdao was the race for which Connor finished at 46.3 seconds and Andrey finished 2.8 seconds behind 1st in 4th place. Additionally, Andrey took 1st place in the Men’s 200 metre SUP final at the 2020 Russian President’s Cup.
