Capital SUP is all about fun and getting people out on the water. Whether you paddle SUP’s, kayaks, OC’s, surfskis, or anything in between, we love the water. Our race training program is designed to make you a faster, stronger, and healthier paddler through professional coaching, consistent & efficient training, and a positive community.
Our Race Training program runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 and Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:30 beginning in May and going through the end of September.
Come see us and join us for a training session or just an all-around paddle when you come to Annapolis.
