Port Royal Paddle Battle 2020

Race DescriptionThe Paddle Battle is fun for paddlers and spectators alike. It starts and finishes at the Port Royal Foundation Maritime Center on the pristine Chechessee River in “Cool Coastal Port Royal”.There are two race distances: 3.5 miles ( should be ideal for intermediate paddlers) and 7.0 miles (will be challenging, even for advanced paddlers).The awards ceremony and post race get together will be held on site… just a 100 yard walk from KC Mike’s Smokin’ Barbeque stand, which offers a great selection of appetizers, ribs, sandwiches, stew, and drinks.Spectators can watch the start and finish from the porches and docks at the Maritime Center.Come and have a blast!FeesAdult: $45. $50 after midnight Sun., Sept. 13.Youth: $25
Raffle Prizes (extra tickets $5 each)-Epic Wing Paddle, one of the new pro-grip series – retails at $525), Small mid-wing, 200-210 cm, skinny shaft.
