Steve...EXCELLENT article! Addresses nutrition needs for any endurance sport. Since mile 15 on a sup seems to be my breaking point, I'm going to be looking much closer at my actual nutrition breakdown, not just how many cliff bars I ate, but nutrition breakdown. Thank you!
