If you like to mix your shake after your paddle, and you're working on trying to find the right post-workout mix, look at the Blender Bottle Sport Mixer.
While it won't keep it cold, it does have a BlenderBall wire whisk that helps mix up the powder and water/Coconut water, etc.
The SportMixer is BPA- and Phthlalate-free plastic, seems super durable. It has "odor-resistant technology," which could keep the smell of yesterday's shake out of today's smoothie. We'll see.
The side has labeled lines to show you how many ounces of liquid you've poured in.
Here's the features from the site:

The lid pops closed apparently only keeps the fluids in when it's properly shut. Who knew. Seriously, make sure it's closed before you mix it, or like me, you'll be covered in unmixed healthy crap.
I bought mine at Whole Foods, but you can find them online. There are 20 and 28 ounce versions and it comes in a bajillion colors. $14.99
It's good. Not perfect. It depends on how well the ingredients dissolve in liquid. Still, the whisk idea is a great one. It's one of those ideas that James Bain, owner of Epic Food Company looked at and said, "Why didn't I think of that years ago?"
3.5 mullets out of 5. It's worth getting, but doesn't keep shakes cold and only mixes things up as well as they can be mixed. I'd recommend getting it, but it won't work miracles. Also, the top needs to be really closed. Sometimes it seems closed, but it hasn't CLICKED yet.
